Originally from New York State, Chris started his career in 1977 in the local housing authority in charge of the Section 8 Rental Assistance Program. In a very short time at the age of 26 he was appointed the Executive Director/CEO of the agency in charge of hundreds of units both scattered and project based. At the time he was the youngest CEO for a Housing Authority in the entire State.
A few years later he took over the helm as CEO of the local YMCA and was involved in a complete rejuvenation of the organization both financially and with the facility. This was a position he held for 10 years while forming his privately held Real Estate company in New York which was involved in managing, acquiring and developing properties in that area.
In 1996 he began acquiring properties in Southwest Florida and subsequently moved to open up what is now known as Spina Realty Company. Starting with just over $2M in sales in the first year of businees, Spina Realty Company has now grown to over $500M total over the 13 years of business!
Chris believes that every single customer deserves the utmost care and service during a transaction. "Putting People First" is the company motto since start up and this motto has been carried with him since he came into the YMCA over 18 years ago. In fact, his former YMCA still to this day uses the motto of "Putting People First".
Judy is a graduate from Buffalo State College with degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology. During her years in upstate New York she was employed with the Sheriffs Department and United Cerebral Palsy. She was also actively involved in the start up and management of CJS Enterprises, a company which at its peak, had under ownership and management of over 300 rental units in both the commercial and residential sectors.
Judy is very active in both community and church organizations and is the proud mother of 3 daughters.
In recent years as a licensed Florida associate she specializes in North Naples, Bonita Springs and Estero Real Estate.
Sean is the newest member of Spina Realty……..A graduate of Seton high school, Sean was the salutorian of the class of over 850 graduating seniors. Sean also successfully completed 33 hours of college credits while in high school. A Sophmore at Ave Maria in Naples Florida, he is double majoring in Music and Literature and was successful in achieving a 4.0 GPA in his first year of school which is in the upper 5 percentile of the entire school. Sean also was granted an internship with a major lobbying group in Washington DC for the summer.
Mike Mastro is a certified personal trainer (since 1986) who has worked with celebrities, athletes and models to get them in top shape. Mike has also trained literally hundreds of men and women who work hard, and now, enjoy a better, healthier life through proper fitness. A former Strength & Conditioning Coach at Monmouth University, West Long Branch, NJ., Mike now works in southwest Florida with individuals and groups helping them achieve their fitness goals.
