Originally from New York State, Chris started his career in 1977 in the local housing authority in charge of the Section 8 Rental Assistance Program. In a very short time at the age of 26 he was appointed the Executive Director/CEO of the agency in charge of hundreds of units both scattered and project based. At the time he was the youngest CEO for a Housing Authority in the entire State.
A few years later he took over the helm as CEO of the local YMCA and was involved in a complete rejuvenation of the organization both financially and with the facility. This was a position he held for 10 years while forming his privately held Real Estate company in New York which was involved in managing, acquiring and developing properties in that area.
In 1996 he began acquiring properties in Southwest Florida and subsequently moved to open up what is now known as Spina Realty Company. Starting with just over $2M in sales Spina Realty Company has now grown to over $100M in sales during 2005.
Chris believes that every single customer deserves the utmost care and service during a transaction. "Putting People First" is the company motto since start up and this motto has been carried with him since he came into the YMCA over 18 years ago. In fact, his former YMCA still to this day uses the motto of "Putting People First".
Judy is a graduate from Buffalo State College with degrees in Criminal Justice and Sociology. During her years in upstate New York she was employed with the Sheriffs Department and United Cerebral Palsy. She was also actively involved in the start up and management of CJS Enterprises, a company which at its peak, had under ownership and management of over 300 rental units in both the commercial and residential sectors.
Judy is very active in both community and church organizations and is the proud mother of 3 daughters.
In recent years as a licensed Florida associate she specializes in North Naples, Bonita Springs and Estero Real Estate.
Andrea is one of the few Naples residents that can say they have been born and raised in the community. This has allowed her to grow with the community and experience the tremendous expansion over the last many years.
She brings a wealth of knowledge having seen or experienced many things the community at large offers. This is a very unique trait which allows her to work with clients in an entirely different way.
She graduated from USF in Tampa with a Bachelors Degree and obtained her Masters from FGCU in Ft. Myers. She holds several designations one of which includes graduation from the Real Estate Institute.
Prior to becoming a Realtor, she worked in the social services field counseling victims of Child Abuse and Neglect. Andrea is the proud mother of an elementary student.

Ryan is a graduate from University of South Florida with a Biology degree. He relocated in 1995 from Coeur d' Alene, ID and has lived in Southwest Florida for over 11 years. Over the last several years Ryan has been a licensed Realtor and has listed and sold hundreds of properties in various communities. Over the last 12 months Ryan successfully sold over 55 properties which amounted to over $12M in real estate placing him in the top 10% of all realtors in the region. Specializing in Bonita and Estero, Ryan has extensive market knowledge which allows him to serve his clients successfully. Ryan is a member in good standing of the Greater Ft. Myers Board of Realtors, The Bonita/Estero Board of Realtors and the Naples Board of Realtors.
Originally from the Midwest, Nicole graduated from the University of North Dakota with a degree in Communications. She worked in Marketing and Advertising prior to relocating to Florida in 2004 and obtaining her real estate license.
Since that time, she has participated in the sale of over $75 million of real estate in Fort Myers and surrounding areas. She has received numerous awards for real estate sales achievement and was selected as a Five Star Agent: “Best in Client Satisfaction” the last 4 years by Gulfshore Life Magazine. Nicole holds the ABR designation and prides herself in the diversity of her cliental, helping first time homebuyers, seasoned investors and out of state buyers find property to suit their specific needs.
Waterfront is her specialty but she lists and sells all types of property including acreage, vacant land, condos, town homes & single family homes in gated communities and golf communities.
Vince G. Cancelosa D.C., was born and raised in Mt. Clemens Michigan, he attended 4 years of undergraduate studies there before moving to Marietta Georgia where he attended Life Chiropractic College, and earned his degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic. He has been in active practice since 1988.
He has always had an interest in real estate and thus with that in mind; became licensed and has been actively pursuing a real estate career in the Southwest Florida market. He has been successful in selling several new homes in developments, listing raw land both residential and commercial; along with working with developers in the sale of industrial property.
