Chris Spina has been in Real Estate for nearly 30 years including a long career in New York State. For many years he owned and managed over 300 units of rental housing in the family and elderly markets. His former New York Company CJS Enterprises, a privately held group owned over 30 properties in the Finger Lakes Region both in the commercial and residential sectors.
In addition, for 10 years he was the CEO of a mid sized Public Housing Authority with over 700 units in management.
Moving to Florida 9 years ago, Chris formed Spina Realty Company paving the way for the establishment of a Florida Brokerage firm handling hundred’s of residential and commercial transactions.
Over the last several years Spina Realty Company has closed over 1200 units in various price ranges with 500 closed in 2005 alone!
Starting in 2004, Spina Realty Company has been under contract with various developers to sell their projects and act as the on site sales team for their properties.
Spina Realty Company has achieved the top sales excellence awards for many years in a row in the local Real Estate Board of Realtors.
